Andy provides thorough, detail-oriented inspections tailored to the unique homes found throughout the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau and surrounding mountain communities.

With deep family ties to Western North Carolina and Northeast Georgia spanning over three decades, Andy brings a legacy of experience, integrity, and craftsmanship to every inspection. His background is rooted in a multi-generational family of builders and contractors, including Spraggins Inc., owned by his brother, and McCree General Contractors and Architects, owned by his cousin—both successful firms based in Orlando, Florida.

Andy has spent years in the building and home services industry, developing expertise in installation, quality control, project management, and full-scale renovations. Andy's diverse skill set uniquely equips him to inspect properties in the luxury real estate market, setting him apart from other inspectors. This background also gives him a sharp eye for detail and the real-world expertise to evaluate luxury homes with care and confidence—an essential asset in the area’s competitive real estate market.

While Andy specializes in high-end and luxury properties, he brings the same level of precision and professionalism to every inspection—whether it’s a family home, historic residence, or new construction. Andy is an active member of the Highlands Chamber of Commerce and Mountain Top Rotary and is a graduate of Leadership Highlands 2024. When not inspecting homes, he enjoys hiking, cooking for his family, and playing drums.
