  • Radon Testing

Radon is a radioactive gas. It is harmless in the atmosphere but life-threatening in your home. It is present in the rocks, soil, and underground water and can easily make its way to your home through floor drains, floor cracks, well water, and holes or cracks in the walls. According to the EPA, radon is the major cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Since this gas is colorless and odorless, detecting it requires specialized equipment. We offer testing to determine radon levels in your home. We employ a continuous radon monitor, which measures radon levels, barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity over time. After the test, we will provide you with a radon report.

  • Mold Testing

Mold is harmful to your health. We perform mold testing to determine if there is mold in your home.

  • Post-Storm Inspection

Mother nature can cause stress for homeowners. We can evaluate your home after a storm. Post-storm inspections can consist of exterior and/or interior checks of windows, siding, debris, visible roof, documentation of any damage, electricity, phone line, and leaks. Documentation of your home with pictures and notes after the storm will be provided.
